  1. Yeah that is a shame for sure. I may stock on X1 premix just incase the new owners decide to make any of the formula's "better".

  3. An award system is on the cards for events/competitions. However for a monthly competition applying and re-applying an award every 30 days to all winning team members may become too much manual admin. I would need to think on this one.
  4. Thanks bud. Tell you what though, with all the paperwork you must complete to become an Amazon worker is nuts. From the surface it all looks very pro and safe...but theory always does. Thanks guys. Glad I was able to secure quickly. Aside from money wise, job trawling and countless interviews is not my idea of fun.
  5. Hello all, If we were to create merchandise for users to purchase or to be used for competition prizes. What would you like to see ? Merchandise for competitions would preferably unique and only available if you take part in said competitions. Thanks E
  6. Good news. I had a very good day the other day so far as jobs go. I had a zoom call with a company in the morning to which I was told I would find out if I would get a second interview sometime a week later. However 20 mins later I had a call to ask if I could come in that same day for a second interview to meet the department heads. After nearly 3 hours of talk and meeting everyone, I was offered the job and all paperwork has been signed and sent back to them as of today. Apparently they were impressed with me, their words, not mine. The job role will be a dual role, like many other companies I have worked for before, so it will be CAD & I.T Management. This means I avoid working in the Amazon Warehouses which I was to start today as a short time money solution. Obviously not my bread and butter but glad I was able to avoid it. I have just spent the rest of my day cancelling other interviews etc.
  7. Nice, I have seen OLED and really enjoy it, if it were in a future laptop of mine I would be excited, especially if we can get 90Hz out of them.
  8. A team fee would be a barrier to entry and I would like to avoid that style of creating prizing. When possible I will start an official EHW prize pot for these types of competitions. This may also include EHW merchandise.
  9. A pot can be sorted. However at this point in time I won't be able to commit prizing funds until finances have settled a little.
  10. I was just taking a read on the ProMotion screen. Nice to see that it is an adaptive technology being that it is not constantly forcing 120Hz upon all screen content. Will be an effective way to reduce battery strain which is the main...or only negative of the higher refresh rate screens.
