  1. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/sales-of-graphics-cards-hit-lowest-sales-since-a-decade.html The used market is looking better all the time for gpus lately.
  2. GeForce RTX 4080 Founder edition review - Introduction (guru3d.com) Good card, bad price.
  3. Microsoft suspends Windows 11 22H2 update due to game performance issues (guru3d.com) Good news for AMD users, kinda?
  4. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/non-x-ryzen-7700-rumored-to-have-8-cores-and-a-much-lower-65-watt-tdp.html If true, this could be a real winner for anyone who wants to avoid an increase to their power bill.
  5. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/are-these-the-geforce-rtx-4090-and-rtx-4080-final-(leaked)-specifications.html I wonder if the 16gb 4080 is going to be a 4080Ti. Kinda disappointing to know that the 3070 and lower will have less than 16gbs.
  6. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/alleged-leak-shows-geforce-rtx-4090-gpu-at-3-ghz-with-20k-points-in-timespy-extreme.html But can it run...
  7. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/usb-announces-usb-4-version-2-0can-go-as-fast-as-80gbits.html I wonder if USB will replace other types of video ports eventually.
  8. https://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/amd-announces-ryzen-7000-processors-(preview),1.html The naming of these CPUs leave a lot of room for more variants to be added later on. I'd guess it's likely we will see a 7800X with high clock speeds at some point, but maybe they will just do that with the 3D cache variants this time.
  9. Realistic Grand Theft Auto V mod is now available to the public (guru3d.com) Grand Theft Auto V — Razed Mods WWW.RAZEDMODS.COM This mod seems to do quite a lot. Gonna give it a try!
  10. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/96-core-amd-epyc-genoa-cpu-spotted.html But will it run...
  11. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/aepicleak-cpu-bug-affects-intel-core-processors-from-the-10th11thand-12th-generations.html Another day, another new vulnerability.
  12. Nvidia reduces revenue prediction due to video card demand. (guru3d.com) Good news for buyers. Before the economic shift back when stocks were just going up and up all the time, I would see articles all the time saying to buy Nvidia stock because it was so undervalued, but looking at the numbers that didn't make sense to me at all unless you assumed that crypto would never come back down. In the last year Nvidia's stocks has gone from a peak of ~$330 to ~$190. Definitely glad I didn't take the advice on any of those articles back then.
  13. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/tensor-core-equivalent-likely-to-get-embedded-in-amd-rdna3.html I dont think this is really anything new, pretty sure its been known that RDNA3 would embrace the machine learning hardware trend that Nvidia and Intel are already focused on.
  14. AMD AGESA V2 Microcode To Fix fTPM Stutters (guru3d.com) I'm sure a few people here will be glad about this.
  15. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/tsmc-adopts-nanosheet-transistors-for-the-2nm-process.html
  16. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/rumor-amd-ryzen-7000-cpus-would-see-maximum-boost-frequency-of-5-85-ghz.html If true, we could start seeing 6ghz OCs on Intel AND AMD soon.
  17. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/intel-raptor-lake-caches-confirmed-through-leaked-cpu-z-screenshot.html It would seem Intel may have gotten some pressure, or inspiration, from the 5800X3D.
  18. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/amd-radeon-rx-6950-xtrx-6750-xtand-rx-6650-xt-3dmark-scores-leak.html I'm sure Ray tracing performance will tell a different story. Nice to see AMD keeping the pressure on though.
  19. AMD Adds 5 new CPU models including Ryzen 7 5700X (guru3d.com) Some really interesting bang for buck options here. The 5700X seems better than the 5800X because it uses a lot less power and is only 100mhz slower.
  20. AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D -1080p and 720p gaming gets tested (guru3d.com) Not a major victory, but it seems the 5800X3D generally beats or at least ties the Core i9-12900K for gaming. Update: Official review benchmarks:
  21. SK Hynix Presents HBM3 DRAM (guru3d.com)
  22. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/united-states-lift-chinese-import-tariffs-on-graphics-processing-units-and-motherboards.html Good news for gamers!
  23. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/nvidia-unveils-grace-cpu-has-144-cores-and-1-tbs-bandwidth.html I can't imagine Intel is too happy about this.
  24. Nvidia Hit by Possible Cyber Attack - ExtremeTech WWW.EXTREMETECH.COM Nvidia has been hit by a cyber attack from an unknown source. Investigations are ongoing as the company secures its systems. Always seems a little interesting in a menacing way when such large companies get hit with stuff like this.
