  1. Intel Arc 3 A380 vs. AMD Radeon RX 6400 | TechSpot WWW.TECHSPOT.COM Here's another look at the Intel Arc 3 A380 GPU, but this time on a 51 game benchmark against AMD's $150... Maybe not completely horrible start, but definitely not good. It will be interesting to see how long it takes them to clean up this driver mess.
  2. Are Intel Arc graphics cards dead on arrival? WWW.TECHSPOT.COM Igor Wallossek of Igor's Lab writes that he has spoken to some dealers, potential distributors, and manufacturers in the European area about Intel's Arc cards, and there... Finally, a 1050Ti replacement... kinda... TLDR: As I understand it, there are two main reasons these new GPUs are struggling so much. One, Intel took a unique architecture approach that can be described as Intel going wide where competitors go tall, or vice versa. And the second reason being that, in part due to their unique architecture, the drivers and game optimization is down right terrible. Intel vastly underestimated the complexity of driver implementation, and they are realizing that they're years behind and offer no incentive to devs to optimize for their hardware. I think Intel will keep pressing on until they get it right, but it could be several years before they get there.

  5. You can replace DLSS with AMD FSR 2.0 in Cyberpunk 2077 with this mod WWW.TECHSPOT.COM According to its author, enabling FSR 2.0 via the mod just about doubled their 4K performance on a GTX 1080, to 45 fps. And, as you can... Mod link: FidelityFx Super Resolution 2.0 at Cyberpunk 2077 Nexus - Mods and community WWW.NEXUSMODS.COM FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.0 for Cyberpunk Very cool, hope to see this in more games, officially or via a mod. It's interesting that DLSS and DSR are so similar that it's this easy to add support for one when support for the other is already there. FSR has only been up on github for a few days. Update: Unofficial FSR 2.0 mod arrives to several more games including Dying Light 2, RDR 2 and Death Stranding WWW.TECHSPOT.COM After modders added FSR 2.0 to Cyberpunk 2077 by replacing the game's DLSS implementation, they...
