Resident Evil Village gets AMD FSR support and an update for Denuvo

Recommended Posts

CAPCOM, the developer of Resident Evil Village has released a new 1.03 patch that adds an important function as well as removes a major issue caused by its built-in DRM software.

Last week, CAPCOM was in the spotlight for failing to fix stutter in the game that was released no less than 3 months ago. It wasn’t until a crack for a pirated version of the game was released without such issues (and Denuvo software) for developers to realize that it was the anti-tamper software that was the culprit of those issues all this time. The developer has now released a patch that finally fixes those errors, although the studio fails to provide details as to the nature of ‘adjustments’ to anti-piracy technology.
