Google confirmed a plethora of vulnerabilities on their Chrome browser Tuesday, many of which pose a “high” threat level to users.

Thirty different security issues were discovered in Chrome, which impact users of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices, according to a blog post shared Tuesday by Google.

The Chrome team is delighted to announce the promotion of Chrome 101 to the stable channel for Windows, Mac and Linux. This will roll out...

I can't says if those issue are fixed or not. With spectre and meltdown and newer cpu weakness and now this i wonder if we ever going to have safe internet.

What I love is nothing said to the users themselves or recent updates to fix it being applied as of yesterday... 😲 I mean no notice in MY browser on windows OR android about this.

Edit: Ooops! When I just opened chrome it updated in the background to ver. 101. Maybe they didn't tell me,but they did update it.🙄

I was on the browser, had to open the "about chrome" tab to ck for updates and it already was downloading when I did. (I went to ck the ver. it was 100.something...)

FireFox is my main browser,it only did Chrome 'Cause I opened it to ck.

Sigh...I really gotta find a new browser. I used to hate Firefox because it was slower than molasses, but to be fair that was also like 16 years ago. These days Chrome is just a big memory leak, so I don't know.
